Common questions
Is there a free plan?
We don't offer a free plan. Pro includes a 3-day free trial — a card is required to start, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Starter is just £9/month and gives you 5 decks — a low-risk way to test the product.
What happens at the end of the Pro trial?
After 3 days, you'll be charged £19/month. We'll email you a reminder before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from your account settings before the trial ends — no charge.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What counts as a deck credit?
One AI generation = one credit. Editing, exporting, and sharing an existing deck don't use credits. Credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
Can I use Prezoa for client work?
Yes — the Business plan includes white-labelling and team seats, making it ideal for agencies presenting to clients.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds within 14 days of a charge if you haven't substantially used the Service. Contact billing@prezoa.com.
